Need advice on building Design/refurbishment or construction?

The  Projects team consists of a group of  construction specialists who work on a project basis and charge fees for its services.

The charges cover the cost of project administration, procurement, obtaining planning permissions, undertaking any necessary consultations, drawings, compliance with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, all Health & Safety regulations, including those related to disturbance and removal of asbestos and other materials, and other statutory approvals.

Major developments are established corporately, smaller renewal and refurbishments can be funded by the schools or through external funding.

If you would like to discuss your needs contact the Projects Office on (59) 3652

If you decide to go ahead:

If acceptable, a firmer quote will be worked up.)
  4. Upon acceptance , the Project Administrator will prepare a programme of work, which will be formally agreed with the customer, along with a more detailed quote.
