A draft policy is currently being reviewed, which will seek to inform departments of the roles, responsibilities and procedures involved in the allocation and use of University space and the processes which have been put in place to manage allocation and change in the Estate.
The Space Management Policy will cover three key areas:
•Space Allocation
•Space Monitoring
•Vacating Space
