The 'Diversity in the Workplace' e-learning module is a great way for staff to gain a firm foundation on equality and diversity matters.

It is simple to use, relevant  and relates current legislation to real situations in a University environment.

Registration to use the module is very straightforward and can be completed at  http://uea.marshallacmtraining.co.uk

Once registered you will be issued with a personal log-on and password by e-mail.

A user guide is available on the CSED website at http://www.uea.ac.uk/csed/resources/

The software offers  you the flexibility to work through the module at your own pace, either in one session (approximately 2 hours) or over a period in smaller chunks of time.

The module is updated periodically, with links to recent cases covered by the media, and has been designed to be used as an on-going resource which can be referred  back to after the initial period of study.  Registered users will be alerted when additional sections have been added, for example, with the introduction of new equality legislation.

This course complements the University’s current portfolio of equality & diversity awareness and training programmes.

If you require any help in registering or experience any technical problems whilst going through the module please contact the Staff IT Help Desk on extension 2345.
