This is a new network, recently established, for staff who are disabled.
The aim of the group is to:
The network is for staff who identify themselves as disabled and feel they'd like to share knowledge and experience to work with the University in identifying positive solutions on a wide range of access matters.

- establish a space for a collective voice for disabled staff at UEA
- provide a forum to discuss common issues and potential solutions
- share strategies of managing disability successfully
- gain awareness of work being undertaken by the University to provide reasonable adjustments
- share knowledge with the University to ensure high quality solutions are found where accessibility issues are identified
- raise awareness and understanding in the wider community of a wide range of disabilities
