ESRC Festival of Social Science 2014

As part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science 2014 exhibitions, talks and interactive demonstrations across two days will explore the questions ‘what does nature do for me?’ and ‘what is nature worth?’. At this free event, economists and geographers from ENV will illustrate the interconnection between modern lifestyles and the natural environment using a range of information technologies (including augmented reality, virtual reality, virtual globes etc).

  • Thursday 6 November 2014, 10am - 4pm – Exhibition and demonstrations in The Forum, Norwich (just turn up).
  • Thursday 6 November 2014, 5:30pm – Evening discussion in The Forum, Norwich (booking required).
  • Saturday 8 November 2014, 10am -2pm  – Exhibition and demonstrations for families in ZICER, ENV (booking required).
