Research Interests
Atmospheric formaldehyde; its sources, sinks and role in tropospheric chemistry; the distribution and chemistry of Organic Nitrates and small halocarbons in the atmosphere
Biography
After completing my first degree and then a PhD in Physical Chemistry at the University of Leicester, I joined the Trace Gas laboratory. Over the last few years I have been involved in several fieldwork campaigns (most recently in Niger as part of the AMMA project) as well as developing fully automated instruments for aircraft and ground use.
