The School of Economics at UEA is proud to be placed in the top 5 of English public universities in the National Student Satisfaction 2010 survey. It is ranked joint 5th on overall student satisfaction and 4th by average score, where the score is measured based on the average proportion of satisfied and very satisfied students. The School has an outstanding record of consistency and has variously achieved a top 5 or top 10 ranking in each of the NSS surveys since they began in 2005. The Head of School, Professor Daniel Zizzo, noted: “We are once again delighted by our results in the NSS survey and more committed than ever to deliver the premium university experience that each and every of our students deserves. We are especially pleased this year to have been rated 2nd for student feedback among all UK public university Economics departments.”
