The latest series of Contemporary Economic Issues lectures aimed at students, staff and members of the public continues in January 2012.

Jose Fiuza, managing director of Fresto Ltd., will speak on the subject of ‘Starting your own business and other non-random ways of getting a job’ on February 13th.

On February 20th, the Rt. Hon. Charles Clarke will present a lecture entitled ‘Achieving the potential’, followed by Dr Bibhas Saha (ECO), posing the question ‘Teachers or students: who should work more?’ February 27th.

The spring series draws to a close on March 19th with a talk from Dr Ion Jinga, the Romanian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, on ‘The Romanian economy’.
