I have been working at the Office of Fair Trading as an economist since I finished my masters degree. The teaching methods and content was useful because it was practical and relevant to my career choice.  Also the lecturers were accessible and helpful.

I joined the Government Economic Service straight after graduating from my undergraduate and masters courses in economics at UEA.  

The courses were responsible for developing my interest in economics as a career and have been helpful throughout my career so far.  I have worked in a range of policy areas where I have been able to apply economics to real life issues, particularly in the area of industrial economics.
