The Payment Form below can be used to submit an online payment for your Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
The courses where a payment is required are:

Notes for card payment:
- All online card payments are handled via WorldPay using their secure website.
- Please ensure you select your course from the list together with entering your name before you click Pay by Card.
- You will then be taken to the WorldPay site where you will be asked to enter your Credit or Debit Card details before you click Make Payment. All payments will be in
GBP - United Kingdom Pound. - A message will be displayed when your payment has been approved and an email receipt sent for your records.
- We will also receive an email to confirm your payment which we will match to your record.
- Any issues experienced with the WorldPay system are not our responsibility and should be addressed to WorldPay directly. However, if you do not receive an email receipt to confirm your payment please contact us via email at disclosurepayments@uea.ac.uk.
