Accommodation advice and links
Most PhD students taking a degree at UEA either choose University accommodation which can be guaranteed provided your place is agreed before the end of July, or find privately rented accommodation in town or close to the University (often in a zone with Victorian-style terrace housing called 'The Golden Triangle') or in Norfolk or north Suffolk. Some students commute from as far as Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge.
