Company Information

International Development UEA is a subsidiary company of the University of East Anglia with exempt Charity status.  Certificate of Incorporation can be viewed here. The Company members comprise all members of DEV academic staff, all members of UEA Council and all Trustees who are not members of the University.

Vacancy 

The Trustees delegate day-to-day executive management of the Company to a Chief Executive (CE), currently Dr Adrian Martin (term of Office due to end 31/12/2011), who is advised by a Board of Management and assisted by an administrative team. The role of Chief Executive falls to a member of DEV academic staff and each CE serves on a half-time basis for a 3 year term of office. 

There are three Board meetings each academic/financial year (November, March and May). The Company Annual General Meeting is held in January each year.
