Stress is an inevitable part of university life. If not handled well it can affect many aspects of a person's life. It can lead to physical problems such as headaches, muscular tension, indigestion and sleeplessness. On an emotional level it can cause anxiety, aggression and depression. Stress can affect our work, our relationships and our self-esteem.
