It can be useful to discover that you are not alone with your problems.
Group sessions can provide participants with the opportunity to explore issues and problems with others who are in a similar position. Although not offering therapy, group sessions are intended to provide a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space to share experiences and to listen to others.
Group sessions are facillitated by experienced counsellors from the service and may be ongoing with new members joining throughout the year or 'closed' and running for a set period of time.
