The University Counselling Service considers feedback essential to improving the quality of its provision. Feedback can be given in a variety of ways including:

• Speaking directly to a member of staff
• Completing a feedback form (available from reception)
• Writing to the Counselling Service Director
• Sending an email to csr@uea.ac.uk
