We try very hard to use fresh produce and source local ingredients wherever possible. We are also aware of the environmental impact of food miles and encourage initiatives such as Fairtrade wherever possible.
On campus there are a variety of restaurants and function rooms from which to choose. From a simple sandwich lunch to luxury canapés and fine dining, we have the right package for you. We can deliver a casual and relaxed service for a select business lunch, or a formal sit down dinner for up to 100 guests in the beautiful Vista restaurant.
