Making sense of the options can be complicated, but give yourself plenty of time to research and you are likely to find a course that is right for you.

  • The UEA Study Abroad Office has comprehensive information on international exchanges and the Erasmus programme. Both involve spending time abroad as part of your degree. Students of most subjects are eligible to participate in exchange programmes.

Study in Europe and the USA

Anyone contemplating postgraduate study in the United States should visit the Fulbright Commission for very detailed information about courses, scholarships, etc... Other useful sites to visit include:

  • British Council
  • Petersons colleges, universities, funding, etc...
  • postgradireland, the official postgraduate directory for students and graduates in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • US Universities listed by rank / quality / reputation
  • GRE and GMAT admissions tests used by American universities. They comprise tests of verbal ability, quantitative ability and analytical ability. There is a practice booklet available in the USA file (Careers Centre Information Room)
