- The confidence to organise work experience/ apply for graduate-level jobs
- The ability to research a potential employer and present yourself to them in a professional way in CVs, applications and at interview
- A plan of action that will turn aspirations into reality

Here's how Coaching has benefited past students:
“I was in a real panic with no idea what I wanted to do or how to begin, so I signed up for Coaching. It provided a lot of sensible advice and left me feeling reassured that it’s a lot better to start somewhere than nowhere...I gained work experience over summer 2010 and this summer went on to achieve a graduate-level job as a result” PSI graduate, attended Coaching in Yr 2
“The Coaching was really helpful because it explored the different ways to find work experience, particularly through my network” PHI student, Yr 3
