Professor Andrew F.G. Bourke, an evolutionary biologist within the School of Biological Sciences at UEA, has just published an important new book on the ‘Principles of Social Evolution’.
This book demonstrates how social evolution lies at the heart of the history of life, shaping biological organisation across different taxa at all hierarchical levels. The book is aimed at graduate-level students taking courses in evolutionary biology, behavioural ecology, and evolutionary genetics, as well as advanced undergraduates, academics, and researchers.
