We teach across a range of subject areas, and students can combine flexible modules to create a degree tailored to their own interests.

Each BA course includes 1 or 2 core lecture modules each semester, which all students on the course attend. In addition, students have a choice of options from seminar-style modules, which have no more than 16 students each. Students can also choose modules from other Schools in the university, including foreign languages, literature, film and history.
For a complete list of modules offered in the current academic year, you can view UEA's module catalogue here.
The School of World Art Studies has particular strengths in the following subject areas:

Medieval and Renaissance Art
With its Norman cathedral, wealth of churches, and rich history, Norwich is the ideal place to study medieval European art. Plus, you can explore the Italian Renaissance for yourself in our second-year modules on Venice, home of Titian, Tintoretto and Veronese.
