International Scholarships
All international students (outside the European Union) are considered for a scholarship of between £1000 and £2000 towards tuition fees. In order to be considered for an International Scholarship, you do not need to make a separate application: simply indicate on your application for admission that you wish to be considered for funding.

School Awards
In addition to the Faculty awards, School and Course specific awards are also available to applicants to postgraduate courses:
• 1 studentship for any MA course offered by the School.
Museum Training Fellowships
Each year, up to four Training Fellowships are available on a competitive basis to people who have confirmed their acceptance of a place on the MA in Museum Studies. The one-year Training Fellowships include a bursary. One Fellow is attached to each of the Education, Curatorial, Collections Management and Marketing/Public Services teams within the SCVA. Fellows become integrated into that teamʼs daily work, when they are not attending taught MA sessions. The heads of the host teams develop a programme of workplace-based training for each Fellow, and Fellows are expected to contribute to the work of the teams as though they were members of staff. Applicants to the MA in Museum Studies should indicate whether they would like to be considered for a Fellowship, and should specify a preference from among the four teams. Applicants can only be considered for a Fellowship if they apply before the 1st of March of the year of entry.
The Museum Training Fellowships covers the MA Museum Studies fees (at the home student rate) and a bursary of approximately £5000 for the year.
For further information on this fellowship and course, please visit MA Museum Studies or email enquiries@uea.ac.uk.
