The School of American Studies at the University of East Anglia is proud to be hosting the 55th Annual British Association for American Studies Conference. Running from April 8 - April 11 2010, the conference will feature a truly international and interdisciplinary programme and play host to a collection of scholars from across the spectrum of the research community, from postgraduates to senior scholars.

We are very pleased to announce the following keynote speakers:

Professor Wai Chee Dimock Professor Wai Chee Dimock, Yale University will give the Journal of American Studies Lecture
Professor Bruce Michelson Professor Bruce Michelson, University of Illinois
will give a lecture sponsored by the School of American Studies at the University of East Anglia
Professor David Reynolds Professor David Reynolds, University of Cambridge
will give the Eccles Centre Lecture
