Both the Participation and Rehabilitation teams have developed working partnerships with a variety of health and social care and voluntary organisations including Age UK, the Alzheimer's Society, Arthritis Research UK, Action for ME, UK OT Research Foundation and charities that support research into cancer.

Both research teams have been able to offer students and new colleagues' first-hand opportunities to be involved in research activities and partnerships.
