15/06/13 Departure Day from residences by 10.00am for 38 week licence holders (most students)*
Early 08/13 Allocations begin on Postgraduate applicants
Early 08/13 Allocations begin on Unconditional and Deferred Entry Undergraduate applicants
Late 08/13 Allocations begin on Conditional Firm Entry Undergraduate applicants
01/09/13 Departure Day from residences by 10.00am for Postgraduate students with a 50 week licence*
18/09/13 International Arrivals Day: New International Undergraduate students, New Postgraduate students (all nationalities), New Drama Undergraduate Students, all Returning Undergraduate and Postgraduate students*, and Visiting Exchange students.
19/09/13 Second International Arrivals Day: New International Undergraduate students, New Postgraduate students (all nationalities) and Visiting Exchange students.
21/09/13 UK/Home student Arrivals Day One*.
22/09/13 UK/Home student Arrivals Day Two*.
23/09/13 Start of Standard Academic Year 2013-14, start of term, and start of Autumn/Fall Semester.
13/12/13 End of Term (students are not required to vacate rooms during the Christmas/Easter vacations).
14/12/13 Departure Day from residences by 10.00am for Autumn/Fall semester Visiting Exchange students.
TBC International Arrivals Day for new Spring semester Visiting Exchange students.
06/01/14 Start of term, and start of Spring Semester.
02/14 Returning Non-EU status students invited to apply for accommodation for their second or third/final academic year.
28/03/14 Spring Semester teaching ends. End of term. Easter Vaction begins.
28/04/14 Assessment period begins.
06/06/14 End of term. End of academic year.
14/06/14 Standard Accommodation Licence ends.  Departure Day from residences by 10.00am for licences ending on this day.
01/09/14 PG 50 week Accommodation Licence ends.


* Please note that the accommodation licence for most students will continue for one week after the academic year ends. Students whose academic year continues beyond the 8th of June (e.g. NAM, MED) will be given the appropriate length of licence for the course that they are on. Postgraduate students will only be given the option of 50-week licences.
