Standard Single Ziggurat - £95.97 per week on a 38 week licence

The rooms in architecturally unique ziggurats of Norfolk and Suffolk Terrace are arranged in flats of up to 12 rooms each with their own washbasin. Each flat has a large kitchen/diner overlooking the Broad. Norfolk and Suffolk Terraces have recently been refurbished to upgrade the shower and toilet facilties  as well as the study bedrooms. Student rooms have been fitted with new washbasins and a larger desktop.



Our grade II listed ziggurat buildings are home to our Standard Single Ziggurat Rooms. There are 10 of these rooms per floor in every building.



The kitchens have stunning views over the Broad and UEA grounds.
