Library

The campus library contains more than 850,000 books and over 14,000 journals, as well as extensive collections of specialist materials. 17,000 new titles are added to its stock each year.

The Library is open 24 hours a day and includes an IT area with more than 260 computers for students to use.

 

IT and Computing

UEA’s Information Services provide a wide range of IT services including campus internet access via a wireless network and in student residences.

As well as the 24-hour IT centre based in the Library, there are a range of study spaces and teaching labs in the IT and Computing Service (ITCS) building and elsewhere on campus.

Specialist equipment such as scanners, colour printers and work stations specially equipped to meet the needs of users with mobility problems or visual impairment are also offered.
